What is a Slide Master?

There are times when we want some elements to repeat throughout our presentation and in some cases it would be very tedious to add them one by one to each slide.

In those cases we can use Slides Master, they work as a template that we can reuse again and again throughout our presentation, click on the view tab and then select Slide Master.

1. This is the “master layout” that will be applied to the entire design.
2. The slides below are naming “layout” and you can make a custom design with a placeholder that you can replace in your presentation.

After you have created a few layouts you can go to the home tab and select the layout to apply to your slide, this will change the design of your actual design.
